The Adult Star Chart!

What do we mean by 'adult'? That's for you to decide ;-) But you can use these stickers to track anything you want to do daily.

How to use this set

1. Find a place to put your calendar as soon as possible (use that momentum!)

2. Add the month stickers starting with the current month

3. Commit to your daily goal (e.g. no screen time before bed) 

4. Give yourself a sticker for every day you meet your goal

5. If you don't make it don't worry, give yourself a Keep Going sticker, and try again the next day

Our stickers are vegan, recyclable & biodegradable so you can put your completed wall planner in recycling once you're done.
