100 Days to Your Daily Steps
Modern life has many benefits, but regular physical activity is not one of them! Use our Daily Steps Set to get moving. Aim for a sticker every day.
How to use this set
1. Find a place to put your calendar as soon as possible (use that momentum!)
2. Add the month stickers starting with the current month
3. Commit to your daily Steps goal (5,000 or 10,000 steps daily) and create a simple plan (e.g. I will walk to the grocery store everyday)
4. Start walking! (And give yourself a sticker for every day you meet your goal)
5. If you don't make it don't worry, give yourself a Keep Going sticker, and try again the next day
