We’re all familiar with the benefits of eating more fruit & veg, so why (oh why!) is it so hard? Use our Daily Fruit & Veg Set to nudge you towards your 5-a-Day. Aim for a sticker every day.
How to use this set
1. Find a place to put your calendar as soon as possible (use that momentum!)
2. Add the month stickers starting with the current month
3. Commit to your 5-a-Day goal and create a simple action plan (I will have a piece of fruit with breakfast, and salad with my lunch).
4. Start getting your fibre! (And give yourself a sticker for every day you meet your goal)
5. If you don't make it don't worry, give yourself a Keep Going sticker, and try again the next day

Our stickers are vegan, recyclable & biodegradable so you can put your completed wall planner in recycling once you're done.
