100 Days to Daily Yoga
Regular yoga can have many benefits, from improving mobility to helping digestion! If you want to develop a daily practice use our Daily Yoga set to help you achieve your goal.
How to use this set
1. Find a place to put your calendar as soon as possible (use that momentum!)
2. Add the month stickers starting with the current month
3. Set your Yoga goal (e.g. I will do 20 minutes of yoga every day) and create a simple action plan (I will do my yoga each evening after work). Check out Yoga for Adrienne for plenty of free yoga classes
4. Start yoga-ring! (And give yourself a sticker for every day you meet your goal)
5. If you don't make it don't worry, give yourself a Keep Going sticker, and try again the next day

Our stickers are vegan, recyclable & biodegradable so you can put your completed wall planner in recycling once you're done.
