100 Days to Daily Meditation
If it's good enough for Jerry it's good enough for me! If you want to reap the benefits of a daily meditation practice use our Daily Meditation set to help you achieve your goal.
How to use this set
1. Find a place to put your calendar as soon as possible (use that momentum!)
2. Add the month stickers starting with the current month
3. Set your Meditation goal (e.g. I will meditate for 5 minutes every day) and create a simple action plan (e.g. I will meditate each morning while my coffee is brewing)
4. Start meditating! (And give yourself a sticker for every day you meet your goal)
5. If you don't make it don't worry, give yourself a Keep Going sticker, and try again the next day

Our stickers are vegan, recyclable & biodegradable so you can put your completed wall planner in recycling once you're done.
