100 Days to Daily Flossing
Okay, confession time. I only started a daily flossing practice this year (I am nearly 40). For some of us flossing has really dropped down the priorities list. Use our Daily Flossing set to prioritise this important self-care practice. Aim for a sticker every day.
How to use this set
1. Find a place to put your calendar as soon as possible (use that momentum!)
2. Add the month stickers starting with the current month
3. Set your Flossing goal (my dentist said once a day, everyday) and create a simple action plan (I will floss every evening after brushing my teeth).
4. Start flossing! (And give yourself a sticker for every day you meet your goal)
5. If you don't make it don't worry, give yourself a Keep Going sticker, and try again the next day
